Albuquerque BioPark makes list of top botanical gardens in the United States


ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – ABQ BioPark botanical gardens made Fodors list of the 12 best botanical gardens in the country. ABQ BioPark’s botanical garden is known for hosting the annual River of Lights display, ranked #12 on Fodors.com’s list.

Fodors describes the garden as a place to display plants from dry climates. The gardens include the Mediterranean Conservatory, the Desert Conservatory, the Rio Grande Heritage Farm, and even a dragonfly sanctuary. The garden also hosts various events throughout the year.
