The Augusta-based vocal group can surprise your sweetheart on Valentine’s Day with the gift of live music.
The Barbershop Ensemble of the Garden City Chorus will resume its annual Valentine’s Song on February 14th. One of her quartet of six tight-knit harmony singers in a tuxedo travels to a client-chosen location to perform a romantic serenade.
The package includes two romantic songs by the quartet, a beautiful rose and a special card with a personal message from the sender to the recipient. Delivery is available in Metro Augusta, Evans and Aiken areas.

The standard price is $65, according to the Chorus website, but clients can get a $15 discount if they order online by midnight on February 9th by entering the discount code LOVE at checkout.
The group had been fundraising for Serenade since the early 1990s, but temporarily put it on hold during COVID-19. Proceeds support the work of the choir and preserve the tradition of harmony through performances and educational scholarships.
Founded in 1963, the choir is affiliated with the 18,000-member Barbershop Harmony Society based in Nashville, Tennessee.
