BAM Capital Adds Garden Apartment Complex to Indianapolis Portfolio

BAM Capital, an Indianapolis-based multifamily syndicate company, through BAM Multifamily Growth & Income Fund III: Gateway Crossing, has acquired Gateway Crossing, a 160-unit garden-style multifamily home in Indianapolis. The seller and price were not disclosed.

“Gateway Crossing is in a great location and offers residents a variety of floor plans along with a comprehensive amenity package,” said CIO Tony Landa. “This acquisition is consistent with his BAM Capital investment theme of acquiring assets that provide investors with stable cash flow, appreciation potential and capital preservation.”

Built in 2004, this new acquisition joins Autumn Ridge, Hamilton Station and Bristol as part of the BAM Multifamily Growth & Income Fund III. Autumn Ridge is in the Des Moines MSA, while Hamilton Station and Bristol are both in Indianapolis.
