Hawley County, South Carolina (WMBF) – One person was killed Thursday afternoon after two vehicles collided at a Highway 17 business near Garden City.
South Carolina Highway Patrol LCpl. Nick Pye confirmed that two vehicles, a 2013 Suzuki Dirt Bike and a 2016 Chevrolet SUV, collided on Highway 17 Business around 12:30 p.m. Thursday.
The SUV was heading south on Hwy 17 Business and was about to turn left when it collided with a dirt bike heading north.
A dirt bike driver has died.
No victims have been identified at this time.
SCHP is investigating the crash.
