How to Make a Plastic Bottle Garden for Sustainable Gardening

If one of your New Year’s goals is to start a garden, you’re in the right place. Gardening can be a little intimidating, especially for beginners, as there are so many different factors to consider.

Learning how to make a plastic bottle garden is a great place to start. Additionally, finding ways to recycle and reuse materials that would normally be discarded is a huge boon for the environment.

Here’s what you need to make a plastic bottle garden:

In fact, there are several ways to make a garden out of plastic bottles. You can use them to create a vertical garden or use the bottles as planters. Which one you choose will determine the material.

If you’re looking for something with less materials, making a planter is the best. You will need plastic bottles (as many as you like), scissors, soil and seeds (or already grown plants).

If you want to make a lot of planters but don’t have a lot of space, creating a vertical garden is a good solution. For this, you’re basically making planters, but you’re hanging them on a wall or some kind of structure. You will also need a place to put the planters.

When hanging plants, it is important to use strong and durable materials. Something like thread or twine would be a good choice.

There are many different ways to actually hang a plant on something. The easiest way for beginners is to tie a plastic planter to the structure. You can hang wood or metal poles from windows or ceilings to add plants, or use tree branches from outside.

Whether you have a vertical garden or a regular planter, the first steps are the same. You need to decide whether you want your plastic planter to be horizontal or vertical. Depending on which one you choose, the bottle will be cut differently.

To make a vertical planter, you can cut the bottle in half. Raise the cut slightly (closer to the cap) if you want more space for the soil. Next, add two holes on each side of the large rectangle you created (should be big enough for twine or string to go through). Pull the hanging material through these holes and tie a knot to hold it in place. Now you should be able to grab the string or twine and lift the planter. not.
