It all started with William Morris wallpaper designs in the 1880s. It’s a dark, sophisticated, slightly botanical design.
Its design not only dominated the tiny powder room, but here it made a normally mundane home space memorable.
Located in Bellevue’s Robinswood neighborhood across from Spiritridge Elementary School, this stunning new home was carefully curated from the ground up by the MN Custom Homes team.
it’s the first of two 425 Northwest Idea Homes built in 2022 by builder — dual features. The goal is to showcase two different homes with different price ranges and styles to reflect what MN Custom Homes has to offer. (Basically anything you can dream up! 425.)

Sometimes you just want to enjoy your meal in peace. This formal dining room is adorned with decorative moldings of rectangular motifs that extend into the corners of the room for a modern recreation of a classic detail. MN Custom Homes CEO and co-founder Shaun McFadden said: “When you tour one of his homes, the art is front and center. It’s in the designer’s wallpaper, paint colors, woodwork, techniques and special touches.”
This 5 bedroom family home shows all of MN’s goals.
Elizabeth Wenning, senior interior designer at MN Custom Homes, said: “When designing this home, she kept coming back to two questions that are consistent with her MN design aesthetic for every home: Is it timeless? Is it luxury?”
