Garden Grove Police detectives are investigating a string of package thefts and recently identified a suspect. Michael Beale23-year-old transient.
Porch pirates were chasing delivery drivers wearing Amazon vests stolen from real Amazon drivers.
Today, Garden Grove Property Crimes Detectives were able to locate Beale, who lived inside the car. During a search of his car, stolen property from the theft and an Amazon vest were recovered.
Beale, a felon on probation, was also found in possession of a stun gun.
He was arrested and later imprisoned in the Orange County Jail on charges of possession of a stun gun, possession of stolen property, multiple larceny charges, and probation violations.
